Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Cosyst Devices in the industrial/manufacturing domain. The role involves generating leads, visiting client locations, giving product demos, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Visit customer sites, present solutions, and conduct demos.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Report on sales pipeline and targets.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development/sales. Preferably handling Industrial doors, high speed doors, dock levellers and allied products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel.
